Terms of service
These terms cover the official Dictámelo app, website and hosted services provided as a Megacubos project. Contact: support@megacubos.com. The open-source code has its own MIT license.
Using Dictámelo
Use the service lawfully and only with audio and content you are entitled to process. You are responsible for obtaining any recording permission or consent required from other people. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected account misuse to support.
Free, personal-key and Pro access
Personal-key mode is free to use in Dictámelo; your AI provider may charge you and applies its own limits. Free Cloud includes 30 minutes of audio per week across devices, renewed Monday at 00:00 UTC, with optional AI cleanup and a two-minute recording limit.
Pro is offered at US$4.99 per month with 180 hours of audio per rolling 30 days, up to five devices per license and additional request and cleanup-token limits. It is not an unlimited plan. The app shows usage and applicable limits. A seven-day trial is not currently offered. Do not bypass usage controls, share licenses beyond their allowance or create accounts to evade limits.
Payments and cancellation
Lemon Squeezy processes paid subscriptions. Review the price, taxes, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refund information displayed at checkout before buying. Your receipt or customer portal provides purchase-management details; contact support@megacubos.com if you need help.
Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights you have remain unaffected by these terms.
Your content and AI output
You keep your rights to the content you submit. You allow the processing necessary to deliver the transcription and optional cleanup you request, as described in the privacy policy. AI can omit, mishear or change words. Review the result before sending it, publishing it or relying on it for an important decision.
Availability, updates and open source
Cloud access depends on connectivity, provider availability, a valid account or license, and remaining allowance. Failures, maintenance or abuse prevention may temporarily restrict service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect transcription accuracy. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
The public source code is available under the MIT license in the repository. That license governs use, modification and redistribution of the code; it does not grant free access to our hosted services, provider credentials or third-party subscriptions. Third-party providers and separately operated forks have their own terms.
Changes and contact
We will publish changes to these terms on this page with an updated date. The offer and billing terms shown when you purchase apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. For support, billing or questions about these terms, contact support@megacubos.com.
